Privacy notice
This page explains what information this website collects, why, and what happens to it. It is written to be read, not skimmed past. Our Shopify apps have their own privacy policies, linked from their App Store listings.
What this website does not do
- It sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts of any kind.
- It loads nothing from third parties when you browse it: fonts, images, styles and scripts are all served from dijalabs.com.
- It does not record your IP address or browsing behaviour beyond the standard, short-lived server logs that any web server keeps to operate and secure itself.
The contact form
When you send a message through the form, we receive what you typed: your name, email address, company or store URL if you gave one, the kind of help you need, a budget range and your message. The form is delivered to our inbox, info@dijalabs.com, by a form-relay service (Web3Forms), which passes the message on and does not use it for anything else.
We use what you send for one purpose: to reply to you and, if you ask us to, to scope and quote a project. We do not add you to any mailing list, and we do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone.
How long we keep it
Messages stay in our email for as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that we can pick it up again if you come back. If you would like a message deleted, email us and we will delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@dijalabs.com. We answer within one business day.
